1. Return methods

Return form

You have the opportunity to return the product for free directly from your customer account, by accessing the "Return form" section or directly at the following link:

After initiating the return, you will be contacted by a representative of the Fan Courier courier company to pick up the package.

Returned goods must be properly packaged, in solid packaging, to prevent damage during transport.

Make sure the data entered is correct so that processing and payment are made on time.

For products that have been tampered with, those that show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, mechanical shocks or lack of accessories, we reserve the right not to accept them for return.

Products sold and delivered by TeoMarket benefit from a return period of 14 calendar days .

2. Registration of the return and refund of payment

Products can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.

The value of the returned products will be transferred to the specified bank account, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of registration of the return.

3. Return cost

The return is free.

4. Products that are not accepted for return

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer (e.g. toothbrush refills, in-ear headphones);
  • Personal care products that have been unsealed and used;
  • Products that show physical changes (blows, chips, scratches, mechanical or electrical shocks) not reported as aesthetic defects within the first 48 hours of receipt;
  • Products brought on firm special orders for which advance payment was required;
  • Screen protectors that have already been used;
  • If multiple products of the same model were purchased, returns are only accepted if only one has been unsealed;
  • In the case of a product from a promotional package , only the difference between the base and promotional price of the returned product will be refunded.

Attention! Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered and accompanied by all accessories and/or gifts with which they were shipped.
